For mixing, we ask for individual track stems as WAVs, 24-bit, at your project's original sample rate (44.1kHz or 48kHz is standard). Please export each track from the start of the song with all effects and automation either printed in or clearly noted, and make sure everything lines up from bar one.

For mastering, we ask for a final stereo mixdown as a WAV, file, 24-bit, with a few dB of headroom (avoid mixes that are already squashed to 0dB).

For mixing there's no hard limit, but for the smoothest process, please consolidate where sensible (e.g. submix your drum bus rather than sending 20 individual drum mic tracks unless there's a specific reason not to). For mastering, we only accept one stereo file of the completed mix.

Yes, please — even just one or two. Reference tracks help us understand the sonic world you're aiming for and significantly speed up the process. They don't need to be a perfect genre match, just something that captures the energy, tone or loudness you have in mind.

For mixing, the typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks per project, depending on complexity and current workload. If you have a release deadline, let us know as early as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Mastering is usually completed at the end of the day of booking.

Two rounds of revisions are given.

Yes, absolutely. Many clients send us mixes completed elsewhere for mastering only. We just ask for a clean, final stereo mix with a small amount of headroom.

Yes, we'll usually share a rough mix for feedback before finalising.

Once we've confirmed your booking, we'll send a secure upload link (WeTransfer or similar) along with a short brief form covering genre, references, deadline and any specific notes about the track.

50% deposit to be paid upfront to begin work, then balance due on delivery of final files. We will send you an invoice with our bank details.
